Our data center has advised that operations have resumed normally and the issue is resolved. API response times have normalized and we are closing this incident.

We have noted elevated latency alarms across the API. This is due to an issue with the networking at our vendors data center. A resolution time has not been posted. API calls are consistently averaging 15,000 ms. Messaging is working, but latent. If you are sending campaigns please consider increasing your timeouts. An update will be posted in approximately one hour.
